Ilbarritz Room (2 personnes)
Beautiful white wooden room (25 m2 on the 2nd floor of the house) that will seduce you with its new decoration, refined and comfortable.
Large double bed (160 cm).
Private terrace on the roof, overlooking the garden and overview of the castle Ilbarritz (limit between Bidart and Biarritz).
Bathroom with bath, heated towel rail, hair dryer. Separate WC.
Air conditioning, flat screen TV, WIFI, minibar and tray.
Access to the fitted kitchen on the ground floor, if necessary.
Closed parking, heated pool and indoor jacuzzi, available
Arrival times: from 12 am to 2 pm, or from 6 pm.
2 nights minimum
July and August: weekly rental, from Saturday to Saturday.
Breakfasts: 12 € / person.
It is possible to book our suites, apartments and cottages for long stays in winter.
We only accept small dogs (under certain conditions), inquire beforehand. An extra charge of 40 € per week will be required. We do not accept cats.
For longer stays, cleaning is done once a week and towels are changed on this occasion.
No cleaning for short stays.
We do not take credit cards.

A deposit of 30% is required upon booking.
In case of cancellation, whatever the reason, the down payments remain acquired (article 1590 of the civil code).
The balance of your stay will be paid on arrival.
In case of early departure, the balance of the stay is due in full.
